Auto Drill

A portable machine designed for the second ops from a CNC lathe. With a bar feeder on a CNC lathe a lot of parts can be made quickly, bored turned and parted off. Unless the lathe has a second spindle the parts will need chamfering on the back or maybe some other holes drilling.

The Auto Drill can be placed alongside the CNC lathe, the operator can then take the turned parts and and finish them on the Auto Drill, typically it only takes 5 to 10 seconds per part! Now when the lathe has finished the second ops have also been done and the parts are ready to go.
